Shannon is our Agency Manager and Sales Leader. She and her husband, Chris, started this agency together in the year 2000! She loves the coaching aspect of her job and the team-oriented environment of our offices. When she's not at the office, she can be found managing her vacation rental business...or feeding her chickens.
Connor joined our team in 2020 because he wanted to join an industry that helps people prepare for the unexpected. A self-proclaimed journeyman, he's stationed out of our Central Entrance office and loves learning something new every day. Outside of work, he enjoys playing basketball and coaching East High School's team, participating in youth groups at his Lincoln Park church or disc golfing with his wife. Paul has lived in the community since 2015 and joined our agency in 2021. He graduated from St. Olaf College in 1995 where he studied history and social studies education. He is passionate about helping people and learning something new every day. Paul is married and has 2-year-old son.
